Indio Vacation

In September we went on vacation with my mom and hung out in Indio for the better part of a week. We had lots of fun even though it was over a hundred degrees everyday. We ate lots of ice cream and did lots of swimming. Bryan was able to be there for the first 3 days of our trip and we made sure we did lots of fun stuff while he was with us.
We went to our favorite buffet at the Marriott Hotel.

We watched a movie with popcorn at the on site theater. (The smurfs)

Even Owen got in on the action.

We went to Johnnie Rockets on Shake day and picked up a couple free shakes!

We ate lots of ice cream on the balcony!

When we tired of all of that we went out for frozen yogurt, yum!!!

The Lazy River was a huge hit!


We enjoyed the local wildlife, there was tons of it.


We beat the heat in the game room!

I taught a couple lessons in pool!



Bryan taught the boys how to play ping pong!



On our trips back and forth to the pool we would stop off at the playground and get really hot!!


The grounds where we stayed were absolutely beautiful.

We fit school work into our busy schedule everyday!

And Owen enjoyed pushing cars across the kitchen!

I love vacations! We are so fortunate to have so many opportunities to see new places and experience new things!
