EbelSkivers?

One of the birthday gifts I received was an Ebelskiver pan which looks like this

I tried it first on Sunday and again today and have decided it is my new favorite toy. Honestly before Bryan bought it for me I had never heard of ebelskivers and I had no idea what this pan could have been for. But now I get it and Kevin loves them which makes it even more fun. Here was my first go at it. Pumkin ebelskivers with pumkin cream cheese filling. They turned out very good.

Today we made what I called Pancake surprise I put chocolate chips in the middle it was very exciting for Kevin, and me too.

So, breakfast at my place, anyone?

Yum! Where was the Ebelskiver pan ordered from? Looks like something I have seen on TV ads. Sounds like fun to use.
Love to you all

Tanya,
I just re-read your post on my blog. I will be glad to show your dad how to post a comment.Hadn't read your comment until just now. (nearly 11 p.m.) I will show him when I get a chance. Not really a lot of time to do it right now, but soon I will do it.
Love you,
Aunt Grammy

This is one of my favorite breakfasts ever! My mom has a heavy cast iron one that I love! Must be a German thing since my sister makes them every time she's visiting (we won't let her come if she doesn't)
Now we'll all show up at your house!

We have been eating those for years! Have you guys been to Solvange? You should take a quick family trip up there, it should just be about two hours from you. They serve them there with jam. We eat our with whipped cream or maple syrup. They are delish!
